"OPS-PAPER" – PDF Fillable Form Builder (Dropdown + Zoom + Snap)

OPS‑PAPER

OPS‑PAPER is meant to be used on a larger device, such as a desktop or laptop computer. Unlike OPS‑PEN, which is designed to complete forms from the field, the features of OPS‑PAPER are not conducive to smaller devices for fillable PDF creations.

Upload a PDF (or a saved .opsproj file) to “OPS-PAPER”.
Select the field type then click Add Field, then click on the PDF to place.
Drag to move, resize via the blue corner, edit properties on the right.
Use Max Length (optional) to limit characters in a text/paragraph field.
Use "Whiteout" to place white boxes over lines or text in the PDF.
Set "Tab Order" in properties to control the tab sequence of fillable fields (lower numbers first).
Save Finalized PDF → exports a fillable PDF.
Save for Later → name and download a .opsproj file to continue editing later.
Fix Layout → if fields appear misaligned after load or resize.
Upload to “OPS-PEN” to complete the form in the field or anywhere needed.
