Welcome to the OPS Network Emergency Recall Interface. This tool allows you to create, process, and distribute emergency recall notices efficiently. Below are instructions for using its features:
Fields:
Recall Title: Enter a concise title for the recall notice (required, max 100 characters, e.g., "Barricaded Subject Incident - Vineland").
Recall Type: Select the recall category from the dropdown (required, e.g., Barricaded Subject, Hostage).
Recall Message: Provide detailed information about the recall (required, max 5000 characters, e.g., description of the incident). Use "- " for bullets, "1. " for numbered lists, and Enter for line breaks/spacing. Text order is preserved as entered.
Date and Time Recall Activated: Set the date and time the recall was activated (required). Hover over the ? for guidance.
Location of Incident: Enter the incident location (required, max 200 characters, e.g., "123 Main St, Vineland, NJ").
Link URL: Add a URL for additional information (optional, must be valid, e.g., a police department website). Provide a Link Title to customize the clickable text, or leave blank to use the URL. Hover over the ? for guidance.
Emergency Contact Information: Provide contact details (optional, max 5000 characters, e.g., phone numbers, emails). Use "- " for bullets, "1. " for numbered lists, and Enter for line breaks/spacing. Text order is preserved.

Issued By: Enter the issuing officer or entity (required, max 200 characters, e.g., "Sgt. John Doe").

Location to Respond: Enter the response location (optional, max 200 characters, e.g., "Command Post, 456 Oak St, Vineland, NJ").
Directions Link: Add a Google Maps URL for directions to the response location (optional, must be valid, e.g., "https://www.google.com/maps/place/456+Oak+St..."). Use the "Find Address" link to locate the address. Hover over the ? for guidance.
Emergency Response Authorized: Select YES or NO to indicate if emergency response is authorized (defaults to YES).
OPS IMS|hub Activated?: Select whether the OPS IMS|hub is activated (required, options: Yes, No, Pending Activation, defaults to No).
Buttons:
Process: Validates and generates the recall notice in the Output box. Required fields must be valid.
Clear All Fields: Resets all fields and clears the Output box, clearing any validation errors.
Export to PDF: Downloads a PDF file containing the Output content and creation date/time, with the title "OPS NETWORK EMERGENCY RECALL". Requires valid inputs.
Grab Complete Recall Notice: Copies the full Output content, including all fields, to the clipboard for pasting into the OPS Emergency Recall Module.

Copying Recall Notices: Click "Grab Complete Recall Notice" to copy the full recall notice and paste it into the Recall Message interface in your OPS Emergency Recall Module. From the Module, add your Recall Title and any appropriate images, videos, or attachments.
PDF Export: The PDF includes the Output content, bulleted/numbered lists, creation date/time, and the title "OPS NETWORK EMERGENCY RECALL", downloadable as recall-report.pdf.
